FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD)- A toddler remains in critical condition after being pulled from a burning Fort Worth apartment yesterday.
A 911 caller said a child was trapped in a burning unit and smoke was filling a back room. Fire crews arrived at an apartment complex on Normandale near I-30 and Loop 820 in far west Fort Worth. Firefighters rushed in and rescued the three-year-old girl who was taken to Cook Children's.
An adult was also treated at the scene but did not need to go to the hospital.
