Two people were hurt in a crash involving a school bus in Burleson Friday morning. Police say the bus and an SUV were involved in the crash on Hwy 174 at Summercrest, about a mile west of 35W.
Police say no kids were on board the bus at the time. They say the driver of the bus went to Texas Health Huguley Hospital by ambulance, and someone in the SUV was taken to the hospital by CareFlite.
The crash closed the eastbound lanes of 174 Friday morning. Burleson Police and Fire were on the scene to help those involved and direct traffic.
Police are now investigating what led to the crash.
