Two brothers have been captured in Garland where a Dallas man was gunned down over the weekend.
Police say Moises Flores died Monday, two days after he was shot on South Forest Crest Drive. A second man was wounded and remains in stable condition.
On Tuesday, Garland police arrested 17-year-old Christopher Sagero and his older brother Jose. They are each charged with murder.
Detectives have not said why they think Flores was killed.
