Two Frisco students arrested, accused of beating up a disabled person

Two students at Lone Star High School in Frisco are facing criminal charges after assaulting a disabled individual.

Frisco Police say the two unidentified students assaulted a disabled student at the school on Tuesday. The school's resource officer identified the two suspects.

Borth were arrested Wednesday without incident and charged with Injury to a Disabled Individual.

Officials say the two juveniles but are facing 3rd degree felony charges, and if convicted they could face up to 10 years behind bars.

In a statement, Frisco Police Chief David Shilson says "criminal behavior will not be tolerated and all persons involved will be held accountable."
