Two fugitives charged in the death of a Seattle woman found dead in Dallas have been re-captured in Cambodia.
In January, Nina Marano and Lisa Dykes cut off their ankle monitors and fled the country to avoid trial in the murder of Marisela Valadez who was visiting Dallas from her home in Washington State.
Now, on top of the murder charges, Dykes and Marano will also be charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
A man named Charles Beltran is also charged in Valadez's murder and remains locked up at the Dallas County jail.
