Dallas police are now holding two men wanted since February 17th when a man named Noah Willis was gunned down on Rockport Drive in Oak Cliff.
Police have jailed Laquinton Bass and Tykendriyan Duke, both on Capital Murder charges. Detectives are not saying why they believe Duke and Bass did it.
