A vape shop owner in Carrollton has been arrested after police raided his store and discovered thousands of grams of illegal drugs allegedly being sold to minors.
The Carrollton Police Department’s street crimes unit launched an investigation after receiving a tip that CBD Vape, located on Old Denton Road, was selling illegal substances to underage customers.
During the raid, detectives seized 3,200 grams of illegal THC products, 2,600 grams of psilocybin products, and 500 grams of marijuana, authorities said.
The shop’s owner, Kamran Ismail, was arrested and faces six felony drug charges.
