AT&T Stadium will be host Thursday to a huge job fair for veterans and their spouses.
Organizer Raul Torres with the Dallas Veterans Job Fair says it can be difficult for some veterans to explain their experience when shifting from the military to civilian life.
"It's kind of tough to put onto a piece of paper what you've done, what your experience has been," Torres said. "And translate your skills into the civilian terminology and the civilian workforce."
There will be over 75 companies looking for employees.
"There are some challenges that veterans face for sure," Torres said. "That's kind of why we are there to make sure we facilitate these conversations."
The Dallas Veterans Job Fair runs from 11:00am to 3:00pm Thursday at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
