
A suspected drunk driver has now been charged with intoxicated manslaughter because the man he ran down in Dallas on Thursday has died.
Early Thursday, an unidentified man was struck by a man driving a pick-up truck in northwest Dallas.
Officials say the victim was critically injured and later died at the hospital during surgery.
At first charged with DWI, Richard Rojas has now been charged with intoxicated manslaughter and remains locked up at the Dallas County Jail and is being held on a $150,000 bond.
