A former Westminster volunteer firefighter has been indicted on two counts of arson. Dylan Joseph Ima, 28 of Anna, is accused of setting two abandoned mobile homes on fire in 2011, court records show.
An affidavit says Ima is also a person of interest in a fire that happened in Blue Ridge in March.
Fire investigators began to suspect Ima when he appeared at fire scenes before other firefighters who lived closer and in one case, investigators found clothing soaked with gasoline in the bed of Ima's pickup truck, the court records say.
Ima was dismissed as a firefighter earlier this year.
