Southlake (1080 KRLD) - Southlake Police have issued a warning about a postcard people may have gotten in the mail advertising a new city app.
Police are warning people the city has not approved the postcard and has not partnered with anyone to create a city app.
Police are asking people not to download the app, and to delete it if they did. Southlake police are suggesting anyone who did downtown the app keep a close eye on their personal information just in case.
Detectives are investigating, but right now don't know the intentions of the people who mailed out the cards.
