A suspect arrested for retail theft at a Watauga Target has been connected to several other thefts across the Metroplex.
Police were called to the Target in Watauga on Halloween evening where $1,200 worth of merchandise was taken.
Investigators later found the suspect, 28-year-old Winston Love, at a residence where he was staying.
After his arrest, police found Love had a several warrants for thefts across Tarrant, Dallas, and Rockwall counties.
He's suspected in a total of 23 thefts from Target stores in Dallas, Watauga, Irving, Plano, Fort Worth, Flower Mound, Lewisville, Frisco, Grapevine, Euless, Arlington, Mansfield, Temple, and Harker Heights.
It is believed Love is a part of an organized retail theft ring operating in Texas and Oklahoma.
He is jailed in the North Richland Hills Detention Center on State Jail Felony Theft charges.
