Ask the Expert: What happens when the Affordable Connectivity Program funding ends?

There are almost two million homes in Texas that might lose their online access as soon as the end of the month. That's because a federal program is about to run out of money to pay for it.

We're talking about the "Affordable Connectivity Program". The FCC started mailing out notices that the subsidies were about to run out. at the end of April.
