According to the DFW Hospital Council there are 3,431 people in area hospitals being treated for covid as of Wednesday. Medical experts say some won't survive. Others who do, they say, will have lingering symptoms for months. They are called long-haulers and Parkland Hospital now has a COVID-19 recovery clinic to help those patients.
