COVID is back in the conversation again, and there's talk about another booster shot that's coming next month.
Kids are back in school, and there are new numbers that COVID cases are increasing again.. just not to the pandemic levels.
Add to the fact that there are now three different variants that have started tracking around the country. The medical community says it's ready for the latest COVID strains as the COVID season starts. One is called "Eris". There's "Formax", and there's "Pirola".
All of those new strains are not nearly as dangerous as the original strain of COVID. On today's Ask The Expert, Dr. Joseph Chang joined us. He's the medical director at Parkland Hospital.
