A felony fugitive is now locked up in Tarrant County after being captured in White Settlement.
Police have been looking for a man named Jeremy Schlaepfer for some time. On Tuesday they got a tip he was hiding out in a shed at a home on Renfro Street.
Surrounding the shed, officers ordered Schlaepfer out. He surrendered and was hauled to the Tarrant County jail on a string of charges involving stolen cars, drugs and evading arrest.
