Evacuations are underway in Wise County on Wednesday due to a fire in the Runaway Bay area.
The fire is moving northeast and people who live on Port-O-Call Drive are being told to leave, according to the Wise County Office of Emergency Management.
The fire is burning near Hyde Cemetery along County Road 3701 near Valley Ridge Drive.
Officials are calling this the Boones Creek Fire. The Texas A&M Forest Service is helping fight the blaze.
As of 4 p.m. Wednesday, the fire encompassed 30 acres and was 0% contained.
