It's the day after Christmas Day and people will now be looking to safely dispose of their live Christmas trees.
In Fort Worth, old Christmas trees are picked up on the normal trash collection day. Jim Keezel with the City of Fort Worth says you can also bring it to one of the city's four recycling centers.
Check with your city or town for other recycling and disposal options.
Until then, make sure you keep your tree up with sufficient water at the base, in order to reduce the risk of fire.
