A woman remains locked up in Dallas, charged with murder in the death of a man found shot at the Oasis complex on Forest Lane in northeast Dallas yesterday.
Police found Timothy Nelson already dead near the door of his unit.

Police learned that a possible suspect was holed up [sic] in another unit nearby. But she refused to come out so the SWAT team was called in.
About two hours later, she gave it up and was hauled to the Dallas County jail.
Titia Green has no bond set as of this morning.
