A woman is in the hospital and the man police believe fired the shots is locked up.
Just before 1 a.m. gunfire sent customers scrambling inside Buffalo Joe's Bar and Grill on Frankford Road near the George Bush Turnpike in North Dallas.
Police say witnesses saw the gunman and a woman getting away on a motorcycle. But police caught up to him at in an Aldi parking lot a couple of blocks away and made the arrest.
It's not clear if the woman with him was arrested.
The victim is reported to be in critical condition. Investigators have not said what the shooting was all about.
