Eight months after a Fort Worth man died in a head-on crash, the other driver has now been charged and jailed.
Yesterday, Adanna Mays was booked into the Tarrant County jail on charges of intoxicated manslaughter and intoxicated assault.
Police say she was drunk that night in February when she slammed head-on into Russell Grossman's car, killing him on impact and seriously injuring her own passenger.
Mays was also seriously hurt and the severity of her injuries is the reason for the eight-month delay in bringing charges.
