A woman has died from the injuries she suffered in a weekend crash in University Park. The single car crash was Saturday morning on Northwest Parkway near Hillcrest.
Police report the woman's car veered into the median between Northwest Parkway and Northwest Highway where it struck a tree.
Investigators think the car was going pretty fast and there were no skid marks. The unidentified driver, who the only one in the car, was rushed to Dallas Presbyterian about three miles away but they were not able to save her life.
The woman's name has not yet been released.
