Haltom City police still can't say who the woman was struck and killed while lying in traffic on Highway 121 on Saturday night.
About 6:30 p.m. a driver saw her lying flat on the northbound side. He stopped, called 911 and tried to alert other drivers to the danger.
It was pretty well dark by then and it appears others didn't see and police say she was struck by multiple vehicles.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
As of this morning, she had not been identified by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner.
