A woman has died in the Cedars neighborhood near downtown Dallas where she was run over by a Greyhound bus Thursday night.
Just before 9 p.m. reports say she was run over by the bus making a left turn at Elm and Lamar, a couple of blocks south of I-30.
The bus was on its way out of town, headed for Monterrey, Mexico. A second bus was brought in and the Mexico-bound passengers were able to continue their journey.
Dallas police spent hours on-scene, interviewing the driver and witnesses but there is no information on how the accident happened. The woman has not been identified.
