The Wylie man accused of taking part in the US Capitol riot and then threatening his family if they talked to the FBI has been indicted by a federal grand jury.
Guy Reffitt, 48, is accused of obstructing an official proceeding, entering or remaining in a restricted area, and with obstruction of justice. A U.S. Magistrate judge has ordered Guy Reffitt detained while awaiting trial.
Reffitt was arrested for accusations of trespassing beyond police lines and obstructing an investigation. The grand jury has added an additional charge of getting inside the Capitol while Vice President Pence and Vice President-Elect Harris were visiting.
