The 8th annual "You're Hired Job Fest" is takes place Thursday morning in Downtown Dallas.
Dallas County Judge Clay Lewis Jenkins in partnership with Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas puts on the fair at Gilley's from 9:00am until 1:00pm.
"It's my favorite day of the year, besides Christmas, because we get to help people get that job," Judge Clay Lewis Jenkins said. "The look in their eyes when they get that better job or that job if they're unemployed."
There are 3,500 high-paying jobs available through the job fair with employers from Dallas Love Field to the City of Dallas and Dallas County.
Other Dallas-based businesses will also be attending from Coca-Cola to DART and the Omni Hotel. Some of the jobs offer six-figure salaries.
