Coming up on Sunday, it's our second trip of the year, where we have to go changing the clocks as we leave Daylight Saving Time.
On Sunday, we fall back to Standard Time, which means it'll get darker earlier in the afternoon. Combine that with the shorter days of sunshine, it can cause some real issues.

On Ask The Expert, Dr. Trillion Small joined us on the KRLD Afternoon News. She's a professor at UT-Dallas and a mental health expert.
She says it's very important to make sure we are exposed to the proper amounts of light, in order to fight off that depression.
