Army active duty members get firm deadline to get COVID-19 vaccine

Servicemen and women in the Army now have a firm deadline to get fully vaccinated against COVID.

The Army announced that everyone on active duty has until December 15th to get both their Pfizer or Moderna shots, or the single Johnson and Johnson shot. If they don't, they will face discipline.

Those that refuse could get a reprimand that could ruin their military career.

Army reservists and National Guard members have until the end of June 2022 to receive their COVID-19 vaccines.
