Ask The Expert: Have we just forgotten how to be civil?

One thing about working remotely for a lot of people, they've been spoiled because they haven't had to deal with office politics.

Research from Portland State finds when people go back to the office again, there are more signs of employees that don't get along and more offices are seeing their workers arguing in front of others.

The researchers say people just aren't used to being around their co-workers for hours at a time... and they're not used to talking with those co-workers about tough topics at work.

On Ask the Expert, Jared Pope, Founder and CEO of Work Shield and an expert in human resources at work joined the Afternoon News to discuss some of the triggers.
