There is a major problem going right now with a lot of people that say they want to quit their jobs for something better now. Almost half of people say they're ready to leave for greener pastures.
It feels like the "Great Resignation II".
But, there's a big difference between now and the original Great Resignation. There aren't nearly the job openings that we saw a couple of years back.
More companies are laying people off and cutting back on staff, because of the economy.
