Thousands of Bank of America users reported an outage with the bank's systems Wednesday afternoon.
Many customers of Bank of America reported issues such as their accounts online showing an empty balance. Others have reported issues with pulling out money from ATMs.
Downdector, a site that monitors outages or any online issues showed that around noon the systems started to show problems for users. The site also shows that the outage is impacting major cities: New York, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle.
Bank of America has not yet released an official statement about the issue causing many customers to be worried about their money or curious when service will be back up.
