There's a major change back in play for people that want to buy new cars. For the longest time, new cars have been tough to find and their prices have soared.
In fact, supply and demand meant... people would be paying more than the sticker price on a new car.
Things are changing. Edmunds says more people are able to find deals under that sticker price.
