Study: COVID linked to long-term heart and blood vessel problems

There's more proof that COVID-19 is a danger for more than just our lungs in the long-term.

New research, published in Nature Medicine, has found that COVID can increase the risk of 20 different heart and blood vessel problems. That risk increases for people that have symptoms, like brain fog or fatigue that last past a year.

Researchers said the risk grows for everything from heart attacks and irregular heartbeats to strokes.
