DFW is home for America's Team, and it's now the official home for football.
A new study looks at the best cities in the country for football fans. Dallas Fort Worth finished tops on that list out of more than 200 metro areas.
DFW has the highest number of football stadiums in the country with 225 of them. North Texas also has the highest number of high school teams that rank in the top 300 in the US.
The area also has the most social media followers for the Cowboys and the college football teams, as well as the biggest stadium capacity. Dallas Fort Worth is also number one in the country for sports bars, so people can watch the games if they can't be in a stadium
Houston finished third overall. Austin is #14, and San Antonio is at #16.
