The USA women's gymnastics team is shocked by what happened with Simone Biles. Biles pulled out of the USA's team competition because of what she called "demons in her head". She said she actually lost her way while she's in midair doing a vault.

We can't imagine all the pressure on her, as she's considered the greatest gymnast of all time. She's done things that no one has ever attempted, let alone succeeded. It's not the first time a premier athlete has gone through a mental health crisis or self-check.

On Ask The Expert, Vince Poscente, a former Olympian in speed skiing, joined KRLD's Kristin Diaz and David Rancken to discuss the issue with a unique perspective. Vince Poscente was a finalist at the Winter Olympics in 1992 in speed skiing.
