A new survey finds most people say they're really looking forward to Halloween this year. Around three-quarters say they're as excited as they always are, or they're more excited.
More than half of those excitable ones are more likely to spend more on Halloween this year for candy, costumes, and decorations. Most trick-or-treaters are going to see the mini candy bars... only 22 percent of homes will pass out the regular-sized kind.
