Our App today is called Rakuten. Why go shopping for the Christmas season, if you're not getting some money back on whatever it is that you buy? With inflation like it is, it's always a good thing when you can get some money back after you make a purchase.
This app pays you to go shopping. It also has deals at close to 4,000 stores. There's everything from Kohls to Target, and even eBay. The app gets paid when it recommends stores to shoppers, then it splits that money with you when you go in. You can cash back when you buy at your favorite stores.
The app also can send you coupons for discounts. You might have known this app when it's called Ebates. When you sign up, and buy something for at least $25, it sends you $10 as a welcome to the family. It works on the costs you pay for vacation with TripAdvisor, or Expedia, or other travel sites. It works with restaurants and movies.
