A Pennsylvania man who allegedly abducted and molested an underage girl has been taken into custody.
Keith Lilliock, 43, is accused of luring an 11-year-old girl into his car Sunday after meeting her in a Dollar General store in Youngwood.
Police say the girl told them she was riding her bike to Pittsburgh and stopped at a Youngwood gas station for a break, then walked to the nearby store where she was approached by the suspect.
According to the girl’s account, Lilliock said he would give her a ride after he closed the store. Security footage shot inside the store shows the two talking for 20 minutes before leaving through the rear of the store.
From there, she said Lilliock drove her to his home in South Greensburg and left her in the car while he went inside. Five minutes later, he returned and, once back in the car with her, rubbed her leg and her stomach under her shirt, at which point she asked him to take her to a friend’s house, according to the district attorney’s office.
Authorities found the girl’s bicycle at the gas station then, after learning she was carrying an iPad, pinged the device’s location and located her at a house in Latrobe, about 25 miles northeast of Youngwood, where she had been last seen.
Lilliock told police that he saw the girl walking outside the store and told her she could come inside, then offered her a ride after closing the store. He alleges he only stopped at his home for gas money. He also abruptly said, “I did not touch an 11-year-old” when asked if anything else happened, according to troopers.

Lilliock was charged with felony counts of luring a child into a motor vehicle and interference with the custody of children. He was also denied bail and is being held in Westmoreland County Prison.
