Social media causes a spike in online shopping carts getting full as we get into the weekend.

New research finds you're most likely to buy something you saw on your social media at 2:36 in the afternoon on Saturday. Friday is a close second for those social media-inspired purchases. Two-thirds of people say they'll do their window shopping when they should be concentrating on work.

72% of Millennials say they do it during the 9 to 5. You're average if you look through your socials for shopping reasons three times a week. Facebook Marketplace is the most popular, then the TikTok Shop.
