Now that school is winding down and summer is fast approaching, you might have a family vacation planned over the next couple of months.
How many of you plan on cleaning your house before heading out on the road?
A new study from Mr. Clean found that 75% of Americans clean their homes before heading out on vacation, simply because we don’t like coming back to filth.
More specifically, according to SWNS Digital, the study also found the top five things Americans feel like they MUST clean before they head out of town include:
1 - The laundry. 77% said it's a top priority, maybe because you also want to pack some of that stuff.
2 - The dishes, 66%. Week-old dirty dishes are never fun.
3 - The bathroom. 58% said it's one of their top must-clean spots.
4 - Sweep, vacuum, and mop, 56%.
5 - The kitchen, 49%. Specifically, the kitchen counters, the stove, and tossing any old food that's in the fridge.
