May is mental health awareness month, and if you think men aren't affected by feeling down, you'd be wrong.
A new study commissioned by NIVEA for MEN UK for their Strength By Numbers campaign found that of the 2,000 men involved in a poll, the average man puts his mental health at about 6 out of 10 overall.
When you get to younger guys, they'd put their number at a five.
Most men say they blame their physical health, bad eating habits, and work pressures as the main reasons they've been hurting over the last year.
Almost half of men say they haven't spoken with anyone else about their mental state of being, and 35% of men avoid discussing their mental health.
