We never really learned much about money and how to save or invest it back then. Today, a kid can learn all the important ways to make money and then take care of money.
This is a chores app. When a kid gets his chores done from a certain list, that kid earns an allowance in the app. It's a direct deposit that's done on Fridays.
Part of the kid's money goes straight into a savings account. You can teach generosity by letting the kid donate part of their allowance to a worthy cause. Or you can have your kid invest in the stock market for real.
You can give the kid a VISA spend card that works in real stores. Busy Kid can teach the value of money to a kid as young as three. It's a free app on iTunes and Android. It has a subscription model.
