This app can help you put down the phone and do some fun challenges in the real world. That way, you can build up some habits that you'll keep. This is a psychology-based app to help you stop the scrolling that you do every day. There are two different kinds of challenges.
One of them is called: "Reduce". The other is "Replace". You'll learn how to change things up on your phone which makes it less of a distraction. It helps you with your focus and your attention away from the smartphone.
