This app can help you fight off jet lag that can hit you for the first couple of days of your trip. It sets you up to prepare for sleeping and living in the new time zone where you're traveling. The app works with your circadian rhythms to get you acclimated to another time gradually.
It uses the latest in neuroscience to help with any sleep issues that you might come down with, like insomnia. It guides you through small actions to realign yourself. It'll tell you when to avoid caffeine or make sure you're living in bright lights.
