Valentine's Day is coming up on Friday, and of course, there are some trends, thanks to Google.

Believe it or not, wives and girlfriends probably don't want a fancy night out. Around two-thirds of women say they would rather stay at home to celebrate anything their partners have planned.

62% say a home-cooked meal is a lot more romantic than something at an expensive restaurant. If you have to go out, the most popular idea for a night out is going to an arcade. Then, a trip to the zoo.

Hint: Don't bother popping the question on Friday. More than half of women say it's overrated to propose on Valentine's Day. The day before Valentine's Day is Galentine's Day.

More than 40% of guys say they want a man's version of Galentine's Day. A sort of, "Maletine's Day"
