You can tell yourself of the goals that you wanted your future self to remember, in case you forgot what you had in mind 5 or 10 years back. It's even good if you want to send that email to yourself a year from now. You can use it, if you want to let others know something about today, that you couldn't tell them today. It had to wait for a later date. The app guarantees that it'll deliver your notes to yourself or others in the future. You can choose the date for the note to get delivered, or you can just let the app decide when it sends to you.
