Now that the mask mandate is lifted more people could be looking to fly somewhere for their summer vacations. Which airlines are the best to pick from out of the majors in this country?
A new study from WalletHub gives the title of best airline to Delta this year. It scores the best across 16 different metrics, like comfort, delays, luggage, and airlines that are friendly to pets.
Delta came out on top, thanks to the fact they had the lowest rate of cancelations, mishandled bags, and delays. Hawaiian finished second and Alaska Airlines in third place. Alaska is considered the safest airline.
In a surprise, Spirit Airlines finished in fifth place.
Two North Texas airlines, American and Southwest, finished at the bottom of the 11 airlines listed.
