The Dallas City Council will vote today on a proposal that would allow six South Dallas intersections along Al Lipscomb Way and Martin Luther King Boulevard to be painted with the phrase "All Black Lives Matter."
The idea comes from a non-profit called "Abounding Prosperity" which would pay for painting and maintaining the crosswalk murals for ten years.
