DALLAS (NBC DFW) - With 98% of precincts reporting, U.S. Rep. Colin Allred (D-Dallas) leads the race for Texas' 32nd Congressional District against Republican Genevieve Collins.
As of 8:11 p.m., Allred holds 53% of the votes while Collins holds 45%.
Allred flipped the seat back in 2018 when he defeated Republican Rep. Pete Sessions, who held the seat for 16 years.
