While in Fort Worth, Estonian President Alar Karis said Russia's war in Ukraine is not just against that country, but it is also a war against democracy and the entire Western world.
Even though Estonia and Ukraine are separated by about 800 miles, the two countries share a common bond as former Soviet republics.
President Karis says his country is helping Ukraine in any way it can.
"We do have already something like 50,000 refugees in Estonia coming from Ukraine, and this is 4% of our population," says Karis. "We are providing schools for them, and we have been giving military assistance, as well as humanitarian assistance, to Ukraine."
